In neither of those clips, the tornado touches down. Another storm in a teacup............

it actually did in the second clip, the middle didn't form completely with debris or cloud though, that's what you are seeing.

I wouldn't call this a tornado but a funnel cloud.

BTW I love how a place 80KM from Johannesburg is referred to as being Johannesburg.

Well, ever since the DA took over the Western Cape, they have stretched Cape Town by at least ~60km to group the suburbs under the CoCT Metropolitan Municipality. The same thing may have happened to Johannesburg...
