I know you're taking the piss but for our less obtuse readers this is where economies of scale kick in.

A partictular tourbillon watch can take months or even more than a year to make. There will be a few dozen of a particular model made, then the design scrapped and a complete redesign to make a new one begins. Compared to cars, which are improved incrementally.
