It's been a long and painful wait for Muizenberg (Cape Town) to get @Octotel fibre. Muizenberg area has been on a planning phase for nearly a year now and ISPs like Afrihost has been selling false hope since November 2017.
Octotel since changed their intended start date from September 2018 to November (might be moved again). I am currently using WebAfrica 100 gig LTE https://www.webafrica.co.za/aff.php?aff=80240
Fingers crossed, hoping fibre will be live soon in Muizenberg
