AFAIK, the wbsmobile.co.za website is used primarily by WBS for their National Lottery network, and while it mentions iBurst, the references to support teams etc are for the National Lottery which is a completely different network to iBurst & does not run on iBurst [I guess it's not reliable enough - yet]...however WBS iBurst staff do use the wbsmobile.co.za domain for their iBurst related email...confusion is the order of the day - it would have been better and less confusing if WBS had used iBurst.co.za for either customers or themselves - customers get an
xyz@wbs.co.za login & email account...
Thanks Cara & RPM for the article, I hope the iBurst issues in Pretoria are now receiving attention from WBS, or have been completely resolved
