Im getting roughly the same speed as you are on the R250 package. Don't see myself upgrading really since it seems to be a congestion issue, nothing you can do about it unfortunately. Their R479 package only says you can get UP TO 10mbps but that is no guarantee and I don't think Rain will prioritise those on the R479 package. I haven't also seen someone who had poor speeds on their R250 upgrade to the new R479 package and get the advertised speeds.

If the tower is oversaturated it will be the same. You'll need to move to another SP.
