Labour Court dismisses SAA pilots' application for leave to appeal lockout | Business
The Labour Court has dismissed an application by the SAA Pilots' Association for leave to appeal a prior judgment which held that the lock-out of the pilots was lawful.

I'm not really surprised by this... A lockout is one of the very few mechanisms that an employer has, and it seems to have been correctly applied by the BRP's (although with malicious intent)
I'm hoping EASA took note of how safety was compromised by SAA with an aircraft flying in their airspace without properly trained crew.
