ALSO - i got this with 'Account Details' email

'Your ADSL account with Web Africa is setup. Please note you will first need to purchase credit via your client service area before you can use the account. You can do this here'

but ive got my details and ive already bought a gig so i dont have to go buy anymore gigs. :confused: :mad:

I know this is an old thread but reading it made me think of the confusion I had. That email from WA confuse the hell out of me.

@WARichard: Why when a customer has just registered and paid for gig do you send an email that says, "You must go buy a gig before you can use the account!" Surely I just bought the a gig so why send an email saying go buy one.

As a new user this confused the hell out of me, as I sure it does for all your new customers.

@Telkomhater, we have since revised those welcome messages that get sent out on prepaid account purchases, rather stating that if you have not as of yet done so, you should purchase prepaid via our dsl frontend. We do agree that in the past they were not very well worded and could send out confusing messages.

We are however looking at further improving our welcome message system in the near future.
