Web Africa... what more can a person do as they are truly useless!

I've been with Web Africa since February 2014. I sold my hosting customers to them as they promised they would look after them. Sad, but they did not! They even asked 1 client to move as they couldn’t sort out their email issues! anyway, they even started website design after they took my clients, and this was something they promised that they were not interested in, and the reason why I sold my clients to them... as this is what we still do!

The support has declined this year to nonexistent. Since I get affiliate money from my clients still with them, I have never needed to pay them for the hosting and adsl that I have with them, at one stage I owed R-5500 +/-, but never got hassled about it, or suspended, as I simply asked them to take it out my affiliate money, and everything was sorted... Every month my affiliate money covers my payments, however at the end of October, they debited my account for outstanding money (even though there was money in my affiliate account, not enough to cover whole account, but they never even looked at that). Since the only reason that they had my bank details on file was to PAY ME my affiliate commission, they had no right to debit my account! I never went into my account and added it, or signed any debit orders, they went in and added the debit order without my permission!

I disputed this via ticket, and called them, and I immediately returned the debit order. I was then told that they will look into it, and override any suspensions. They then had the audacity to charge me R50 for the returned Debit Order? Which I never authorized! The ticket about the debit order dispute was simply closed! Few weeks later, all my accounts were suspended, including hosting that was paid till March 2016??? I really don’t like these abusive tactics, as I was guaranteed that they would override the suspensions until they could look at what had happened with the debit order, and come back to me. They never came back to me, and never even warned me about any suspensions! Still no answer on tickets either!!!

I called in and was forced to pay R800 for adsl services. I spoke to Kevin Batchelor (the same person who guaranteed no further suspensions until the billing issue was resolved, and the same person who promised to call me back once it was sorted!) and suddenly he never had access to unsuspend my accounts, and stated that it was automatic. Sadly this is a lie, as I did hosting before, with the same billing system as theirs, and know how it works. When I explained this to him, he admitted that it was a manual suspension! Don't like working with dishonest people! He said I must send him an email about the debit order, and he would look into it. I sent the email the next morning 25/11, and never received an answer.

Today, My account was once again debited for R699.00... however I only owe R460, and never authorized any debit orders!
I am so tired of constant lies and deception from Web Africa. I am still waiting for their proof from where I authorized any debits, but they simply refuse to respond to tickets or emails!

I had a hosting company for 7 years, and my clients issues were sorted out in a few hours, I have had tickets unanswered for more than 8 days! This place is a disgrace to hosting... what can I do?
