I am disappointed in Webafrica because they do not honour their own agreements.
I applied for fibre based on the offer of Webafrica on their website. They confirmed the cost via email and they confirmed via email that the cost is total and that there are no additional or hidden costs from them or the fibre provider.
After my application the fibre provider requested and additional R3500 and now Webafrica does not want to pay the additional amount.
I know fibre providers sometimes ask additional for the connection but that is why I requested Webafrica to confirm that there are no additional or hidden costs.
I consider this unethical business practice which should be allowed.

Who is the Fibre provider looking to cashin an extra R3500 ? That seems so dodgy.

Frogfoot is charging the extra at R50 per meter further than 30m. A panhandle house can easily be further than 30m from the street but it is not Frogfoot that is at fault. WebAfrica committed to a total inclusive price (confirmed via email) and then they turn around and does not want to do the connection.
