It seems that the fibre group (as well as the community group) for PN is split between PN Upper and PN Lower. Seeing as how I am in PN upper, I could not get access to the FTTH group or the other ones. :-(
On a lighter note, got this from Webafrica today:

We apologise for the delay – we know how excited you are for your Fibre, and we assure you once your Fibre is up and running you’ll see why it was worth the wait.
