They offer 24/7 support. Not 9-5 type stuff. You'd think you wouldn't have to hold for 15 minutes at 9pm at night since its a bit more offpeak than usual.

Been there - done that. Most frustrating and this is the problem when there is only one (maybe two) people on support. Listening to the canned messages just adds insult to injury
