There has been a major issue on my 1of my 2 lines, and that i have not had this
service since 01 November 2020. I am being charged for this and am due credits,
my service and problem has not been rectified as per 8 WhatsApp Chats and escalations to get it fixed.
No One Bothers to get back to me, no one replies, there is no phone number where i can actually speak to someone.
And best of all, it was their technical that made this screw up...

I am reporting this issue to the Ombudsman(if i find one) and this is a Clear Violation of the
CPE - Consumer Protection ACT.

Also, does anyone know who maybe has the best 1GB Down and 100 up Fiber Line in JHB?
As well as 50/50 Line in KZN?

I also need to move many many clients I have recommended these guys too.. so need reliable :)

I have been recommending Cool Ideas. They have really upped their game as far as support is concerned. Their network has always been great. Always get over 900Mbps to London.

indeed, now that CI have improved support they are great.
