Webafrica's service is shocking

I cannot believe how non-existent Webafrica's customer service is. They don't keep clients in the loop, when you start a Whatsapp chat, it takes over an hour for someone to respond, the live chat agents are so busy with multiple chats simultaneously that they can't give your query their attention. Repeated requests for a manager to call back ends in radio silence. They don't even respond to anything on Twitter. If you have to choose an ISP, save yourself some frustration and don't go with Webafrica. Really pathetic.
It's honestly very frustrating. Is there any ISP company that can actually be flexible with its debit order because it seems like WebAfrica customer support is also abysmal, there is barely any follow up when you query with them and they always seem to not care or give a damn about its clients. 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

Most, if not all, ISP's debit on the 1st of the month. If you are on Vuma Reach prepaid you can top up whenever you need/want.
