Can anyone actually log in to the webmail page? All I get is 'unknown user or incorrect password'. I emailed the helpdesk about it this morning, and this is the reply I got back from them:

"Dear Sir/Madam

Please reset the application by unplugging the device and re-entering
the username and password.

Kind Regards"

DUH...go figure!

no nor the ISP service and i'm not reconnecting untill I have to because I have leeched like 4.5GB and my bandwith report says 0MB downloaded

damn dude, mine says i have used up everything, and the total usage still climbs.

Ive leeched about 4.84GB (up and down stream) since 00:00

then its a delayed cap, liek telkom, it must be checked at a certain time/times or when you connect, well we will know soon enough... dare you to recconect though
