I am trying to update my info on the Wewbmail link from the Helpdesk site. However it is just not wanting to update my info. Is anyone else having the same problem?

Is the default user e-mail username@wbs.co.za?

I'm trying to do that but it just won't go past the Your Details page.

Jongi, you're better off with a GMail account than what WBS are peddling as an 'email account', p.m. me with an existing email address if you want a GMail invite :).

The site did that to me aswell!! I eventually got round it by accessing it with someone's ADSL line.

Kei: I'm getting the problem at work on a dedicated line. So it is not an issue that has to do with connecting via iBurst.

When someone have already have an alias for your username, then you will have to choose another username.

Just a thought it worked.

What does this mean: User<username@wbs.co.za> - (550 Unrouteable address)
