Anyone else having issues with access and getting iBurst transparent proxies page? Gah iBurst 7 days to fix the international problem is unacceptable!

i got document contains no data a bunch of times, i recconected to sort it out, myt international is better today but not where it was and basically i dont wanna have to wait 8 days

smtp.wbs.co.za also didn't respond for a while this afternoon although it was pingable
