Yeah, I had to wait 30 mins (and i mean t-h-i-r-t-y m-i-n-u-t-e-s) before I got through. The operator on the other side obviously had no clue what was wrong, which begs the question "why the **** did I make the call?"
Needless to say my ADSL will probably be down for the next week or so.
I am going to bill Telkom (on pro-rata calc, based on my line rental+ADSL monthly charge) for every day my line stays down.
