Right then - so today it is.

Every entry was good, even those that did not quality because they were taken prior to the theme's introduction. The human eyes seem to be out numbered by animal eyes but the entries from Flarkit is really spot on the topic.
ToxicBunny's pic of with both mommy baboon and junior looking straight into the lens is exactly what I had in mind, sadly they seem a little too far away. But cropping would mess with the total effect so it is a good shot as is - nice work.
Cleask and the birds, nice DOF and composition! Plus, you did it with a Kodak that seems to be the great grandfather of my Z1015 ;) I like !

But the winner has to be EyeSeeU from MadMailMan. Sweet composition, brilliant depth of field and the reflection draws a lot of attention to the subject of the theme.

Well done MadMailMan - you may now pick the next theme that will, seemingly, run for the next 2 weeks.

Thanks again for the participation on my theme.

Cool..so lets get the new theme going. PS: It was actually only one bird looking at itself in the mirror and yes I still love my ancient Kodak, it will give many new bridge cameras a good run.

My first Kodak was a Z812 and then I got a Z1015. You should perhaps check out the new Z981 - I really want to get one of those and knowing Kodak they will wind up on a special sometime for between R3000 and R4000. When they do I'll get one - at the price it will be the best bridge camera you can buy.

14MP, 26x zoom, Schneider lens and it certainly looks the part as well. I may just stop in and have a look( and probably buy it.. )

Yip - and it has all the other nice to haves such as running from regular AA batteries, 16s long exposure and 1/2000 on the short side. Plus movies gets recorded in H.264 format! at last....
Then again, my Z1015 has only done 6000 photos so far and it feels like a waste to get a new one with such little usage on the old one.

Thanks Rouxenator, and everybody else. You have no idea how hard it is trying to creap up on a hyperactive dog with a great big camera. Or maybe you do. :D

Right for the next two weeks (ends 2 April) I want to see "Things that move me." This is very open to interpretation. I'm hoping for things that move you emotionally (for me things like a highveld storm) more than physically (my brand new second hand 1978 citi golf).

Any questions??

Thanks again for my win I will make sure I share the Noddy Badge with Bubu (the dog in the picture). :D

P.S. Thanks Mods for changing the thread title!!

Many thanks Roux,

The shot was taken as close as I dared to get to mommy and junior...... Day trip to the game reserve and all that. If I could crop it more to get a different type of picture, I def would have.. but with what I had, I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Lighting was pretty poor due to the storm hanging over the reserve the whole day...

What I am struggling with is the "me". "Things that move" would be easy. "Things that move me" would also be quite easy if one could add a word or a title to the photo. There is a combination challenge with your theme, how to depict movement and at the same time make that self-reflective.
