I don't.Why do you care?
I don't.Why do you care?
What do you think a director is then?Let's replace director with anyone who owns a part or whole of a business
Then you've joined me in this one...I don't.
All life, literally all of it evolved and made progress due to survival of the fittest. That wasn't communism. That was Leninism and Stalinism. We have yet to see an actual implementation of true communism.
Good post. People in this thread seem to think I support communism. Well, I don't. I said I don't propose anything. All life, literally all of it evolved and made progress due to survival of the fittest.
All life on this planet are hard wired to exploit loop holes and take advantage to get ahead.
Communism fundamentally cannot work because it doesn't incentivise someone to want to rise to the top to become the fittest instead the idea of communism is, be happy with where you are and do your best.
Well why should I do the best I cannot change my circumstances.
It is similar to cooperation strategies
There is no strategy better than tit for tat when you have potentially malevolent actors (ie. someone who wants to take advantage).
Meaning the strategy of you do something then you get something else GTFO.
All other strategies they attempt to use for AIs fail dismally because trying to trust someone that can at any time decide to opt-out and abuse your generosity turns out worse.
Democracy and free market are the closest model to how nature behaves and thus the one that matches life's hard wired behaviours
Agree with everything except the democracy part. More naturally a strong leader will assert themselves throughout history. Democracy is very new, not really tested and comes from the communist, especially the parts were everyone no matter how useless get a equal vote. All life, literally all of it evolved and made progress due to survival of the fittest.

So you're the other kind of annoying person then...the one who likes to complain but has no solutions/suggestions?Good post. People in this thread seem to think I support communism. Well, I don't. I said I don't propose anything.
The idea of democracy dates to around 500BC. It's only been practiced for around 300 yearsAgree with everything except the democracy part. Greek and Roman democracy differ from modern day democracy influenced by French enlightenment thinking. The idea of democracy dates to around 500BC. It's only been practiced for around 300 years
When did I complain? Merely highlighting the shortfalls of capitalism. So you're the other kind of annoying person then...the one who likes to complain but has no solutions/suggestions?
You didn't highlight anything specific, you moaned and complained. When did I complain? Merely highlighting the shortfalls of capitalism.
Sometimes poverty is a choice. When socialism creates poverty, it's seen as a failure.
When capitalism causes poverty, it's working as intended.
Capitalism rewards work. Socialism rewards laziness. As if the capitalists don't sit in their expensive homes, on the couch, while people work and work to make the executives and directors even more rich.
And capitalism rewards a few, who prey on the work of the many. Capitalism rewards laziness as well.Capitalism rewards work. Socialism rewards laziness.
A position in an incorporated company. What do you think a director is then?
Given the levels of mass starvation and dictatorships that accompany communist-led countries I fail to see how these are problems endemic to capitalism.
Capitalism has pulled many more people up than any other system ever. Just compare socialist Russia to Capitalist USA over the previous century. One example. And capitalism rewards a few, who prey on the work of the many. Capitalism rewards laziness as well.
