Businesses operating in the US and China are thriving.
Businesses operating in the US and China are surviving on mountains of debt they can never repay. Raise interest rates just a tad and they all disappear as they cannot afford to repay their bonds that they've been rolling over for decades.

It is the only system that works.
What we have today has absolutely nothing to do with capitalism, instead it is a protectionism.

Small and medium businesses suffer, unable to access capital, while being suffocated by large zombie companies that live on free money, share buybacks and acquisitions.

Ok

Nothing to do with better products at lower prices.

You can support the local kafee on the corner. I'll go to checkers.

Wasnt the "social compact" or whatever that means, disrupted enough by companies trying to force medical testing on the working population ?
Or by the governments of the world who employ police as a form of enforcement of politics and not fair law ?
How much more disrupting does the world need ?

I'll give you one, you are free to research the rest....

Japan

Japan is legendary. I toured it and wow. I was so impressed they used such basic things to keep money flowing.

Basic items are all limited edition and collectable makes people go mad to buy it. Imagine collectable pocket scissors like wow.... I bought like 10 an they come as samurai swords you unsheath it and bingo your scissors is ready to use

Every single thing there is like that

It has nothing to do with that.

There is a reason businesses are pleading with the government. The government is the problem. The government is killing the economy with stupid laws. They have no idea about how to run an economy and they ran one ever in their history. They refuse to listen to those who did, those who have experience.

What we are seeing today happened in Zim too. There are news articles in older newspapers where businesses pleaded the exact same thing to their government. This is the end for South Africa. There is no turning back. There is no more saving the economy.

It is now just a matter of time.

Nyaope is not helping you mate. It's a very bad habit.

Just FYI, not a single other soul in this world is responsible for your well being. Sooner you realize this, the sooner you can get to building a future for yourself and your family

You misunderstand, it's not me wanting free stuff, it's me wanting cheaters and conmen to play by their rules.

You become desensitized to people starving, people dying without medical funds and people losing everything they worked for - but I'm expected to shed tears for millionaires? I'm desensitized at all, and the lie that you tell yourself that you worked harder, worked smarter or better is just your luck of circumstances. Don't save the world, but don't delude yourself.

Capitalism is equal opportunity not equal outcome smarty.
It is supposed to be.

When goverment inteferes and makes the playing field unfair in favour of large corporations it is hardly equal opportunity.

Like Julius Malema said last week, he did not get to this point to live in Alexendra. He likes money and he likes living in luxury. It is his time to eat. This has been the case since the ANC took over. They all ate. Problem is, they killed the economy in the process. The eating was limited to cronies while the masses starved with promises. This is life in and for South Africans.

Contrary to popular belief, too big to fail companies actually remove competition from the market.

As for better products at lower prices, I'm directly experiencing the back-end of this. And believe me, the product could be so much better if the squeeze was removed.
