Were we scammed by the organisers of the "Chocolate Festival" ? ?

The chocolate festival was supposed to take place 20 - 22 March 09.

Got e-mail from the organisers saying it has been moved to February 2010.
NO reasons given.
NO undertaking to refund people who bought tickets.
This is NOT how you communicate with the public in a professional way.

I smell a rat. A chocolate-coated one

I am not mad. At least no shrink has confirmed it

I am however, fairly litigious, especially in the last 2/3 years.
