No - not me personally. There was some communication about it on our company's incident group but no users complained of BSOD.
 
Yes.
Some of our third party providers were down for a while.
One of our systems hosted at well known iaas provider was also down but it wasn't a key system.
No internal systems directly affected but operations were disrupted.
 
No Apple again was 4 years ahead of everyone else...

Yes, I had to go find my FNB password because I guess they rebooted and forgot about my biometric login.
