Western Cape to minimise impact of load shedding

The Western Cape government, the City of Cape Town and businesses in the region are working on measures to minimise the impact of load shedding on the economy.

Signing up IPPs has nothing to do with provincial governments ! It's with NERSA and DOE that it happens.

Maybe the fat traffic cops should get up of their garden chairs behind their cameras and man the main intersections during load shedding?
