What’s keeping Neotel’s CEO Sunil Joshi awake at night?

Maybe I missed something, but it sounds like Sunil Joshi completely dodged the question of when or how consumers are going to get access to fibre-to-the-home services.

He did exactly that! Although I did not read the whole text, was too lazy...

I want to know when bloem is getting Neotel... The whole town is being digged up and my guess is fibre. I guess thats at least a good sign.

Give consumers a 120GB + 120GB for R900 valid for 12 months deal, then and only then will I consider going back to Neotel.

Several years ago when my company asked them for a quote we were told, three weeks later, that they didn't want our business, they were only interested in large corporate clients. So for that reason I could care less and will return the favour.

He should be awake about the crappy outsourced call centre in India where his engineers are completely disconnected from reality. He should also be awake about how many companies are busy getting out of NeoFibre due to the frequent issues with CPEs and core network.

I didn't read it because I don't expect Neotel to be an option in my part of the country for some time yet (and I doubt that is what's keeping him up at night).
However, when I saw the interview was done by Hilton Tarrant I just ctrl+f'ed for "Apple", "iPad" and "iPhone". Was extremely disappointed in Hilton when I could not find a single reference. Hilto, you're slipping, dude. I fondly recall a time when you could reference your newest Apple purchase in an article, no matter how off topic.

It's because he got NeoFibre to his house this time ;-)
