WHAT???? 1 Call = R1800.00???????

I got my bill yesterday. Itimised billing show that I made one call but my total calls is R1800.00.

I went to MTNSP Century City this morning. I hope they can sort this out. I'm not going to let MTNSP debit my account at the end of May for R1800 more that they should.

MTN did a system clean-up last month. There where a few account's that has been short billed for their bills since 2006. Your's seem to fit the profile. I have sent it thru to be investigated either way. Will post the Ref # once I'm done.

I'll just wait and see what happens. One thing I can assure you, If it is their fault I won't pay. I pay my cellphone bills every month. Every cent of it. If they didn't bill me for all the calls then I'm sorry.

I can't go to my tennant and tell them they have to pay me R12000 more this month because I didn't charge them for electricity the past 24 months.

What will happen, I will loose them and they will probably take me to court and I can't do anything about it because it was my mistake.

The phone is with me and it is switched off. I had a look now at my Unbilled on the MTN Active. It shows that there were 190 calls made so far for my unbilled period. The funny thing is my Free Minutes is not used.

There must be something wrong with this account.

It's almost like I'm getting billed for someone else calls.

The SIM is not in my Nokia, it is in my BLOODY W810i. Please stay out of this JK8. If you have any helpful info it would be appreciated, otherwise don't even bother.
