So can someone define "underbilled"? As was mentioned, surely it becomes borderline illegal if mtn "forgot" or "neglected" to charge the correct amount and then after 12 months try to reclaim? Surely mtn has to inform the customer of this anyway?

Of course, if someone was abusing or using a loophole and getting service for free, different story, again...mtn has to inform the customer. You cant just slap a massive bill on to someone...

I'll just wait and see what happens. One thing I can assure you, If it is their fault I won't pay. I pay my cellphone bills every month. Every cent of it. If they didn't bill me for all the calls then I'm sorry.

I can't go to my tennant and tell them they have to pay me R12000 more this month because I didn't charge them for electricity the past 24 months.

What will happen, I will loose them and they will probably take me to court and I can't do anything about it because it was my mistake.

Good luck Piesang because you can buy another N95 with that R1800 and 3 months subscription.:D

I'm glad someone understands. Its even worse if you know for sure that you hardly ever use the phone. :)

But at the "total calls" it shows something like 700+ calls and the total of R1800,00 +

I'm not sure. Don't have the billing with me. That's what I saw today at MTNSP Century City. I don't have itimised billing on this contract.

Thanks m8. I will really appreciate it. I know it's a mistake somewhere. The problem is just to find it.

If I get overcharged for 1 or 2 calls maybe R2 or R5 on that contract I will not know it but R1800, that's another story.

I just got a Hellopeter complaint dropped on my desk for the exact same amount :D

Still being looked into.... as I have noted before, Will feedback to you once this is resolved.

Maybe it's mine. Everyday is a bit closer to the end of the month and I don't want that amount to be debited from my account. It will take me ages to get it back from MTN.:rolleyes:

I hear u.

Just that this needs to be investigated end to end. This is currently with CC back office as I have explained before and this is being investigated on a network level. Will feedback once I have an answer. I have forwarded it to CC just in case they might want to call you.
