What a year it’s been for Axxess – here’s a wrap-up

Bad experience with Axxess Sir,am so frustrated that i could jump off a bridge. You're no doubt aware of Axxess clients with Zoom fibre getting an incorrect 169...ip address & no internet since around 18-21 December & Axxess concede there is no near future solution in sight. They will not allow me to move to another provider without crediting this months charges although there has been no service.They agree to a credit if i remain & move to Vodacom (the only alternative in the area). Does'nt sound fair.
Zoom's suggestion is to dump Axxess & allow them to appoint a new provider thereby have me up & running in a day or 2.Off course this means double charges for notice period to Axxess etc. for no service provided by Axxess. How can this be.

Anybody else experiencing this incorrect 169....IP address phoenomena.
