What are the 3 best restaurants you have ever visited?

I don't visit restaurants very often at all.

Most recently (as in last year or two) only ones I've visited in PE area would be "Blue Waters Cafe" by the Pier and "Barnacles restaurant" at Seaview.
I'd say Blue Waters Cafe had better food (if I can really compare out of max 2 visits each) but prefer Barnacles for location and atmosphere.

The problem I have is all the restaurants I went to doesn't live up to the hype, That's really my problem

Used to love chilling at Barnacles for hours on end. Not the best food but certainly the best view, especially when the mega pod of dolphins swam past

Historically, Ritrovos was good, but Fortis (same owner/chef as Ritrovos) at Menlyn Casino doesn't cut it for me.
