Ive been a gaming-widow for 10 years. So last year I gave-in to the old saying if u cant beat em join em.... Ive been playing MMORPG's ever since (and loving it!)

I know the international community of girl-gamers is quite large, but is it a growing trend in SA too? Are we still living under the assumtion that we should be in the kitchen or have we been allowed braai-duties too now?

Girls let me know what you playing ... :D

But maxis/ea is making a lot of money with all those expansions that can actually just be patches for the game

My Fiancee just recently purchased Guild Wars Prophecies.

She's also played and finished Baldurs Gate II :)

My g/f played WoW, but quit when I did. Now she plays mostly mods for WC3 - TD's, hero sieges etc.

Our bf2 clan has 2 female members - 1 of which plays regularly.

Our Guild Wars guild has a couple of female players too.
