How do you stage a mutiny when you're only awake one day in a million? How do you conspire when your tiny handful of potential allies changes with each shift? How do you engage an enemy that never sleeps, that sees through your eyes and hears through your ears and relentlessly, honestly, only wants what's best for you? Sunday Ahzmundin is about to find out.
I really enjoyed this book.Neal Stephenson - Snow Crash

The overheating one?
Good stuff. I read a number of his books, up until his son gets involved.
Busy finishing up Book 3 of The Magicians.
Oooh, I thought there was only 1? Want to read post Cussler binge.
Nearly finished book 4.
It's my favourite work of his, a good read. I preferred it over Snow Crash. I'd say it's worth it if you like some of his other work, this is a lot tamer and less technical (which is a blessing)Has anyone read Neal Stephenson - Cryptonomicon ?? Quite a long read... but worth it?

F... yeah. Not as crazy and over the top as Snow Crash. Nominated for and won a bunch of awards and deserved every one of them, imo. Despite its length I've read it more than once and enjoyed it each time.
Damn been wanting to read Slaughter House for a while.Thanks. I've finished Snow Crash, and started with a quick read: Kurt Vonnegut - Slaughterhouse Five
