LOL, it wasn't done in this thread. It was in TK. He wanted to take a break from Terry Pratchet and Fantasy, I suggest Hyperion.

Same with Spizz, he wanted fantasy that wasn't too much magic and stuff, and suggested First Law. Also not done in this thread.

Oh, have you read the Night's Dawn trilogy? It's a looooooooong read, but I'm about the finish the first book, and have previously gotten to halfway through the 2nd on audiobooks... it's epic

I tried that, but they only have previews using the older editions. If anyone has copies with these covers I'd appreciate if they could check. I think it should be on the inside pages.

no, I have Kindle if that is what you are referring to, only used it twice, it doesn't beat the print, much more satisfying to close that las page than to just scroll to the next book. One can also show off your book collection, much better
