What budget phone has the best camera?

My Huawei P10 appears to be giving in and now has a charging problem. It is almost three years old and so probably not really worth repairing as there are other minor issues as well. The phone even once survived being submerged in water.

I am looking for a new phone, ideally something in the budget range 7k or under that has good photo taking ability.

I'd appreciate suggestions of models to look at.
 
Follow Up, I went with the Xiaomi Redmi 11 Pro Plus, quality is great for the price R6500. I can't say it's on Iphone level but not far off.

Value for money. Hopefully you don't run into typical Xiaomi issues (from my experience).

Typical issues? Only notable thing with my Redmi 9 is disabling the several Xiaomi things that murder background apps

Per app power settings
power saver settings
Security settings power manager
android task limit

WiFi issues, app crashes freezes, black screen, screen burn in/ghosting etc., sunlight mode random brightness and colour contrast etc.

Luckily have none of those,, I've dropped my at least 2 dozen times, bounces around if it lands on a corner, yet no damage apart from dents and scratches reminds me of Nokias
