What did your first and second invoice look like? I understand there are extra charges on the first invoice and they don't pro-rata the month. I hear you are then refunded some amount?

This is my second invoice and I accidentally paid my first invoice 2x. I'm trying to figure out the numbers between the alleged credit you get back and the extra money I deposited.

Could you make a manual payment to Telkom, or was the payment processed by debit order

I made a manual payment and the debit order went off. I received the email invoice 3 days after my requested debit order date but there wasn't a debit yet. I thought something in the system was wrong.

First month they don't debit you. Second month is pro-rated and 599 for second month. They add CLI too so cancel that quick quick
