What do u have to do to get installed?

Hey all

I ordered ADSL on Jan 20. It is now March 5 and still no install
I've called to check on proress about 12 times now and I've been promised 4 investigations to check what going on. None of these have been returned...

So who do i talk to to get this moving? I'm ready to go to telcom with a TV crew and cause a stink....

If you have a TV crew at your disposal, I would highly recommend that you do just that. It might scare them enough to speed things up.
