What do you think GPU pricing would look like in a year?

I'm looking to upgrade my pc in about a year's time but I haven't really followed pc component pricing since around 2015 and right now GPU prices seem to be way higher than they should be. So for anyone more knowledgeable, what do you think the price of an RTX 3070 or even maybe RTX 3060 could look like around November 2021?

It will probably be a 1-2k cheaper...not that that few thousand will make much difference

That's my worry. I'm thinking that if the lowest RTX 3070 isn't priced lower than a PS5 digital edition in a year then it might just be better value to get a PS5 but I'm still on the fence about it. I'm still rocking an i7 4770 cpu, 16GB ddr 3 ram and an old msi motherboard so that will need an upgrade too for next gen games.

RTX 3060 Ti will probably launch on Tuesday at R10k and drop to about R7.5k by next November.
PS5 DE will cost less than a PC but remember you will need to pay to play online and the games all have console gamer tax, not to mention no second hand game market for you.
