I for one will immediately choose not to renew any contract with Sentech once my contract has expired.
My reasons vary. I do not like them, or their suppliers, or their agent companies because there is a prevalent attitude that they are doing us all a favour. They're very smarmy, and to be perfectly honest, I think that Sentech is a bunch of filthy, lying theives.
My bad impression with Sentech started after I basically had to lick their backside to supply it, by providing them with personal financial statements.
Although my service has been adequate for what I use it for (with the occasional outage), it is absolutely not what I am paying for.
Considering that Vodacom will likely be launching a similar service, do you intend to also terminate your contract as soon as it expires?
I have a feeling that the "5% of unhappy mywireless users" is actually 90% of their users. And that not only have these 90% of unhappy users rightfully turned what must already be thousands of people against thier service, but they will also choose not to renew their contracts. Leaving Sentech with a whole lot of expensive towers to pay off, and much less income per month.
All I can say is that after many months of this, if sentech is still in the position it is in now, it's a disgrace. Sentech and it's ilk are clearly being run into the ground.
And to be perfectly honest, that is where they belong.
