After having signed up for the Black Friday special on Rain's 5G, it turned out that the service wasn't going to work for me, so I decided to return the router and cancel the subscription.
It took a few tries (four) to contact the support team to get someone to actually phone me to arrange the router to be returned. Eventually that did happen, but now the next matter is to actually cancel the sim card -which I was told to do via the portal, but as the option was not available to me - I told this to the agent who then would escalate the issue. I have phoned, emailed and chatted to agents via live chat, but not once have I had any feedback on the matter of disabling my sim card. Today I will probably log the sixth or seventh support ticket this week to which I've not had a response or any feedback. I am somewhat relieved I'm not stuck with this ISP for 24+ months - considering this is the level of support they provide.
