Guess you didn't see our previous responses. We are just engaging with the MyBB community, not really after selling anything currently, Give away perhaps at a later stage but just engaging with the community to see the best for us to actually do, and sometimes a survey won't give you the answers needed and a conversation would why give away an inverter when everyone is screaming for a voucher.
First step.... with all due respect.
Fix your website, it doesn't display properly... in Firefox, and also, hire competent people not idiots that lead me to believe a stand is an actual tablet

There’s a lot of factors that are important when buying an inverter
- Did you do research about the product?
Yes.
- Was your decision influenced by an expert or a recommendation by a friend?
Expert (myself)
- Are you satisfied with your purchase?
Yes.
- Would you have chosen differently?
Yes

I've bought a few different inverters over the decades.

First was a 3 phase grid tied Growatt 10KW, then 1 then another 2 Victron Multiplus (which I would have to say was underwhelming, and full of fun bugs), and then a Sunsynk 8KW hybrid.

You can see how equipment has matured over the last decade and a bit though.

The 50 post limit doesn't apply, when you pay your way into the site... you doing it wrong... also there's lots of threads you could have talked smack in..

But you've shown your hand, I surely hope not to see those cheap Chinese kuk inverters that Vox lets you rent, that die within 6 months, and can barely handle 250 W but are advertised as capable of 500 W
We are Just engaging with the community. No harm here. We didn't pay anyone either and nor are we doing this for a profit. None of our responses was paid for and merely just a conversation if you did follow the thread.

Jy verstaan nie Engels nie, so ek sal in jou taal praat.

It is going to be proper quality inverters like the Mecer 2400VA
Hell Yes! We don't deal with the Fong Kong ones, Big and Bold Peak Power 5000w, and then consistent usage 200w Like WTF. These are waste or precious electronics that can be used to make proper systems like the 2400VA units.

You know nothing about the subject, that's very apparent...

Can one add a second battery to these inverters?

If pure sine this is not bad?
Nope, Housing on this thing is just enough for 1 battery, It's a nice cute small little system. But they did make a larger system with a bigger inverter to accommodate 2 batteries. It's indeed is a Pure Sinewave inverter which is awesome.

Back in 2014, inverters were few and far between. I imported 6 from a Taiwanese supplier and they are still in use today

4 x 24v 6kw units
2 x 48v 8 kw units

They worked out at R3900 each for the 6Kw and R4900 for the 8Kw

Since then have fitted 9 Mecer units. All ok except for the batteries. Lead-acid proving useless, so have gone for Li-Ion from Blue Nova in Somerset West

Fudge Google Translate just screwed with my brain. Not sure if you actually said that in some parts but if you did then crap I don't swing that way. . . . . . . . . .

On the other parts that do seem apparent,
The person responsible has been sorted out and the product has been fixed. Seeing your shock at the price for that item, not sure if you have really seen other offerings from Wacom. But going to the Consumer Tribunal just make sure you got it free . . . Cant really say much on this. You like free things as it seems, you must be popular on the giveaway page on MyBB.

We always have room for improvement and take well to criticism. What do you think the better ways to do it would be?

They ruled, not me back in 2015 I think it was... Woolworths vs me... so I don't want things for free...

I just feel that you're an amateur that's all and I think you're like Michael Saltino trying to get in via the back door.

There are people here who have the title of "Company Rep" between their name. I am not familiar with the process but I suggest to pony up and do it, will add to your credibility.

RCT - Mecer - Kodak Many others all are the same inverters internally, just a different sticker Branding.
