After the first couple of levels I also switched to the hardest difficulty. I didn't even choose the spinny skill, and it was still very easy.
Dodge attack attack. Rinse repeat.
Detlaff was just difficult to figure out when and how to dodge that attack, and after that was also easy.

The Witcher 3 is good because of the story and in spite of the combat. I actually found the expansions better than the base game.

Edit: Which is why I was never on board the Cyberpunk hype train. Good fps RPGs are difficult to do. I think the original Deus Ex is probably the only one that got it right. Haven't played Cyberpunk yet, so don't know how well they did.

Yeah a friend of mine was telling me if you want an average first person shooter with a great story line then cyberpunk is a game for you otherwise don't get it.

As an RPG, not good at all. If you play it as an open world, story driven fps then it is good. I am sure they have sorted out most of the bugs out by now? I played it when it just came out on PC and even with all the bugs, still thoroughly enjoyed the story.

I think if they just let it play out as a GTA type FPS, they wouldn't have gotten half the flack that they did. The RPG elements doesn't mean jack in Cyberpunk.

The 'open world' in Cyberpunk also means jack.

There's nothing in it to do.

Looks like a game I’d enjoy, but are the graphics issues as bad as they say?

I've been playing nothing but silly JRPGs for what feels like months :cautious:

Ready for something else and something normal again. Yoh.

Playing an FPS game with a controller is like playing Dark Souls with a Guitar Hero guitar controller. Some people just enjoy struggling with the control mechanism as much as they do playing the game. I don't judge.
Nah, it's a case of being comfortable with whatever you're used to. Doesn't make one better than the other.

Once you're used to controllers, you can slowly start increasing the aim sensitivity. I play a lot of competitive MP shooters and manage to go toe-to-toe with KBM players. Happy to challenge some FPS = KBM players to prove the point :p

The real issue with controllers is the lack of buttons to play competitively. It often means taking your thumb off one of the sticks to do something, whereas with a KB you don't really have this issue (eg. something simple like jumping and shooting simultaneously). This is where an elite controller makes a huge difference...
