This is exactly it. The combat feels very basic for a top tier game . Hopefully it gets better

Combat stinks throughout.

Best thing about all new AC games are the 3D recreations of the location and time period.

They should scrap making AC 'games' and rather create historic 3D tours and experiences.
Kinda like the virtual tour they had in AC Origins, just more fleshed out with more features.

I would buy that.
But I won't buy another AC

6 hours into Ghost Recon: Wildlands, and the game quit...I forgot to buy the full version! Doh...in the middle of a Story mission too.
Anyways, R250 later and I can continue tonight.

6 hours in and only 3.5% of the world explored. Jeez it's big. Haven't played a game with such a big open world setting.

Yeah, combat isn't great. But the graphics is amazing. On PS5 at least. I'm sure even better on PC.

I still enjoyed the game and it kept me busy for long. Personally, I would get AC Mirage (the next one).

Didn't like all the supernatural stuff in the gameplay videos.

I still say they are taking 2 steps backwards with Mirage.
They are recycling a character as well.

If the rumours on project red that might be good though.
Feudal Japan has been requested for a while.

Xcom Enemy Within. Never got round to this expansion.

5 troops each with over 75% chance on a single target. All miss?!!! F**k it, just gonna throw grenades now.

Ah how I miss the original xcom games. Have your guy stand right next to the alien, 90% chance to hit on auto shot, miss all three shots and hit your team mate standing on the other side of the map, which causes him to panic and shoot all his buddies in the back. Good times

Takes very long before it actually starts. Most, including me, give up before the world/game open up. I only got past the Intro for the 1st time this year. Very interesting story arc esp when you played and know both sides, point of view.

What picture also doesn't show is that I have all the DLC as well incl Freedom Cry, Liberation and so on. I actually played and finished Liberation before I even finished AC3
