What game are you playing now? (Part 2)

Whaaaat!!

They will stay in Early Access and not transfer to the Standard Realm (aka Permanent) unlike Seasonal ones that normally transfer to Standard at the end of a season.

So you will still be able to play with them in Early Access Realm. I don't know why you wanna as they will stay in the state they are.
Example: permanent buffs. They won't get the extra ones dropping in Act 4,5,6 and 7.

I started Indiana Jones and the Great Circle last night and wow it actually is good. I was skeptical about a first person Indiana Jones game but they sure pulled it off.
I am tempted to get this for my xbox series x

Finished Breath of the Wild for a second time, which then convinced me to get Tears of the Kingdom.

I feel they upped the difficulty in TOTK, which makes adopting the Rincewind school of combat much more applicable.

Done with Stalker 2
Never reached Pripyat so didn't finish the game

Main story is WAY too long
after 45 hours I was only two thirds done

Couldn't take it anymore
Also doesn't help that the second half of the game is reduced to a horde shooting walking simulator
There is a point where after every mission you need to walk 2 km to the next objective and then all the way back again

2km of nothing by the way. Swamps and woods. Nothing else

The missions are also boiled down to go and startup some facility or press some button and then SUPRISE enemy attack
Every. Single. Time

It was clearly developed this way with A-life in mind, but since they cannot get A-life to work on Unreal, it's just boring nothingness

You pretty much summed up almost every modern open world games.

We need more linear detailed hand crafted games such as Crysis, Dishonored, Hitman...... /sigh

You pretty much summed up almost every modern open world game.
Not at all
Other open world games will have interesting locations on the way
Dungeons
Random quests popping up
Npc's roaming around

This literally just has masses of open fields with nothing in them

Edit: also take into consideration you can only fast travel from one town to another. . . . The guide always being a 2km walk away to get to and the punishing encumbrance and low stamina system

I started replaying Stalker SoC with a graphics mod.
Suddenly it started crashing and in the process I lost my save files.
Have not had the heart to start again.

Rather play Stalker Anomaly or Gamma mod

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. It captures the spirit, atmosphere and feel of the movies perfectly. It's a blast.

What is the performance like?
It's on Gamepass, but I don't fancy another 100+ GB download and it plays like crap
