Almost like Trapped Dead Lockdown I just finished. It's "old" looking, not quite retro... but it was fun playing. Not the most challenging game ever, but if you have only 30min, its a good time filler. When I have more time, I'll play Mordor. I have Ori and the blind forest, which I'll use next for my gap filler.

Then I think you'll enjoy Dstksiders.
It looks good, plays well and is really not serious compared to Dark Souls.

Regarding TellTale games, I've played them all so far, definitely current kings of narrative story telling.

Best to worse:

Walking Dead
Wolf Among US
Game of Thrones
Tales from Borderlands.

TFB story is good but the mechanics, controls seem out. The other three do not suffer from that problem and all are good stories.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm afraid I'm going to get bored when it feels like an interactive movie.

If you want two to try, Walking Dead or Wolf Among Us. I think you can actually download eps 1 for Season 1 of Walking Dead on Android for free.

There are a stack of more highly rated Nintendo games, plus GTA IV, GTA V, Portal 2, Red Dead Redemption, Uncharted 2, Batman: Arkham Asylum & City etc.

How sad is the gaming lineup for this year that a score above 90 is heralded as the second coming.

It's slightly annoying that the first outstanding game on PS4 is for a genre I have no intention of ever investing my time, money and energy into.

I must admit, the RPG genre is not my type of game either. The closest I got was D3 ROS.

I played about an hour of DarksidersII last night. Damn, this is fun. I'll recommend it for someone that wants to get into an RPG game, but still have loads of fun blikseming the kark out of enemies and climbing up and down lots of schit. This is my new favourite for the moment.

But I'm not sure if I would classify Darksiders and for eg. Diablo ROS in the exact same genre though.
