She's is going to be 3 soon!

Get as many of the living books series as you can - they're abandon ware and very good - they teach reading skills. They run best in scummvm (emulator) so get that first.
http://scummvm.org/downloads/

Here they are:
http://www.emuparadise.mobi/roms/search.php?query=Living+books&section=all
Dr Seuss, Arthur, Bernstein , Blinky bill, etc.

If those links don't work just google living books download - there may be others not on that list too. Brilliant for kids 3 and up. Simple click interaction games. Others that work include the put-put series and freddi fish.

Some living books are available as native iPad apps too.

Someone upthread mentioned Rage which reminded me that I never finished it. It is a terrible port to PC but I am having fun with it.

Got myself a copy of WWE 2K15 at lunch time. Heading home to play a bit. Hopefully the load shedding does not kick into effect. "Hit Hard, Hit Often"

Just got Dark Souls 2: SotFS, busy downloading now on steam. Loved the 1st DS, clocked over 400hrs in it so hoping this will be as good.

Other than that just finished the GTA V story and jamming some WH40k DoW2 last stand.

Playing the game Banished. For y'all that ain't heard of it... its not a FPS. LOL.

Been working evenings and weekends for about 2 months now so wanted a "calm" game to chill to. Banished is very much like a simcity concept but with villagers that start with a barn and then you assign them jobs. You build farms and houses and stuff. Hey it's like your resource gatherers in *insert strategy game here* without the combat.

Give the Colonial Charter mod a try, it makes it even more interesting.

But not really sure if i'm doing the right thing. Am progressing ok but not sure what to equip of all the things i pick up. Or should i be modifying stuff with the credits/ gold ?

I'm busy giving the new unreal tournament pre alpha build a go. Its very unrefined and buggy but if you can get enough friends together its amazing. A blast from the past indeed

its confusing

i was carrying a whole lot of krap, multiples of items with low impact, helmets, shoes, some weapons, decided to dump it all (while keeping the stronger items) and suddenly i'm as weak as anything, so i'm not sure if you're supposed to equip multiple or even all and if they work collectively or what.

not sure
