You asked if I'll say stuff to peoples face. I agreed, but you didn't answer.
You said that I can't use the insignia. I called you out and contacted the Airforce. You ran away and used "mah statistics" as an excuse... So what battle? At this point I could say meet me behind the mcdonalds and you won't show up and tell everyone you went to wrong one on accident, then insult me some more.

Also, I think you misinterpreted @s0lar comment there.

One thing I've picked that had changed in the 16 years I've been here, is the number of people that just argue for the sake of arguing.

In the old days of MyBB, you used to get solid advice when posting... Whereas now, you get a fair of drivel.

I think Google is also much more developed now. So a lot of threads is just there to help the OP Google. ;)

It's nice to get real world experience though from someone that has done it or even better, an expert in the field. Google can be ambiguous too :

In the thread we're discussing, I think your link gave a different answer to another link given?

Anyway - I think in the old days, you'd get a something more than 'just give her free days because she's human' or 'why would you want to go through the admin of following BCEA'

It's almost as if everyone in the thread is a bit of a) a humanitarian b) brag about they do and how good they are or c) bored and just want to argue

I'm not arguing that. Just saying why I think responses are different today to 16 years ago where you mostly relied on real world experience and input. If Google stopped working tomorrow, everyone will quickly realise how utterly dumb they are. The threads will look completely different. Poor froggy.

Very true - there's stuff I used to keep in my brain that I've offloaded onto Google (and for some info, OneNote local and cloud storage)

I blame the current political situation. Everyone is at some kind of level of war... the ANC has done a sterling job of putting every man and his dog on edge... ready to attack. People are pissed off, they get more pissed off every day with loadshedding, reading about yet another bunch of cadre looting, etc etc etc..

Ticking timebomb and all that, but I reckon most are too slapgat to really rally together, form an army and kick the ANC on its arse
