Rather unimpressed...
I was dead keen on this, ready to shell out the cash for the 10GB deal as soon as possible since the press release last month. CellC Clearwater - haven't got them to answer the phone yet, CellC Cresta - eventually answered the phone after a bunch of tries but no idea about the new bundles, Randridge - same as Cresta. CellC customer "service" - hung up after being on hold for 5mins waiting to be put through to the "next available consultant". Poor. Very poor.
Hey Trevor: Don't send out an official press release and then when you miss the date just keep quite, the lease I expected to see would have been an announcement about the delay before or on 1st August.
