What happens AFTER 3gig cap??

Hi.....i blieve that after the 3 gig cap, we will be transfered ro a slower connection/line......my question is......HOW slow???....Will it be slower than my currently installed 56kb modem???...tia[?]

That's only for internation websites and servers though, local (SA) traffic remains unaffected.

Yep that's right. All your traffic, local and international, uploaded and downloaded, is counted towards the cap. After that, international sites basically become inaccessible but local sites, download servers etc are still at regular speed. Why they don't just make the cap apply to international traffic only is anyone's guess - it would be much better like that, if they're gonna be giving you unlimited local bandwidth anyway.
