What happens if I fall outside coverage area suddenly after always being in

I have been using Rain since December. Never had signal problems. Always 4 bars. I am using the off peak uncapped

Suddenly I can't get any signal now. I am just inside the coverage map but I imagine a technician adjusted the antenna slightly maybe because someone else on the opposite edge wanted to be included.

Now I am without coverage. Will Rain refund me? Am I entitled to know what happened when my coverage suddenly disappeared?

Impossible that an antenna adjustment can cause you to lose signal if you had 4 bars previously (I assume that's out of 5). This is the problem with these unregulated networks. If a tower goes down you're without coverage. There should be at least 2 for every spot of coverage. Have you logged a fault yet?

Have you tried another router, possibly the router is faulty?
Also the sim card could be faulty.
Set your cell phone to 4G only and do a manual network scan, see if RAIN comes up.

What area do you live in?

I just joined rain on the same package, sorry for the change of subject but roughly how much data do you use a month?
