After the accident you write down his plates, ID and Insurance details for:
a: Reckless driving (writing on a piece of paper while driving)
b: Jumping a red light
c: Not keeping following distance
By accident, and the guy behind you insists on driving up your ass and writing down your plates?
There is a website / tollfree number (advertised on billboards next to the highway) where you can report bad driving. If 3 complaints is received againts your number, then a case will be opened againts you and if any of the complainants are willing to testify, you will be summoned to court and be charged.
