There is a website / tollfree number (advertised on billboards next to the highway) where you can report bad driving. If 3 complaints is received againts your number, then a case will be opened againts you and if any of the complainants are willing to testify, you will be summoned to court and be charged.

(Bad idea with the new points system to disobey traffic rules)

dunno if this will work, cause what will stop me from making a complaint about someone, and get my gf and boss to also make a complaint about the same car...easy to manipulate imo
