What happens when you are detained by police for not wearing a mask

Most of the arrests over the last two weeks were related to alcohol offences or not wearing a mask.

An important detail people forget about. I never wear a mask outside unless I get near a crowd..... which is easy since I stick to low traffic streets.

Of course he isn't, I mean none of the government officials wear masks properly, seen plenty on the twitter feeds from them without masks, or not over their massive snouts.

Could prove highly amusing in court then... just come in with swathes of evidence of politicians in public without masks and go "I'll happily take the charge and fine and everything, so long as justice is dished out equally, and every single one of these instances gets an equal punishment as well".
 
Those people were idiots for paying the fine. Also no mention of how many were for not wearing a mask.

Same as funerals being ok as well as mass political gatherings but somehow the virus is going to go for the religious gatherings of a few people with proper distancing and protocols.

Still, 7000 is quite a lot for Black Capone to have come in his pants..
